i redesigned the web site, it's now completely dedicated to vbsms+. i'm hoping the web site will be a lot more useful now. after i get the rest of the pages up, i will probably add a pro action replay file database. we'll see how things go.

have just released version 3.0 of vbsms+. this release adds things like sound, pro action replay, region detection, and more. i'm hoping some people will end up sending in their pro action replay .par files. :)
